When and where can I view all my videos ?
Generally, the videos can be viewed the very following day of the sporting event.
On our website homepage, we inform you of the update of the videos released on line and when the video release is over.
Then, you just have to choose your sporting event, to enter your bib or your name to access your personal webpage.
You can also easily find your horse show by using the search bar at the top of the page.

Is there any other video somewhere else ?
No, all the videos of your sporting event are registered with your bib.

Is the quality of the video I view in the Internet similar to the one I’ll get?
No, the video displayed on the screen is in low definition in order to optimize the performances of the web processing as well as to fight against piracy.
The video you’ll receive comes from the original high definition file.

I can’t find my horse show on the website
The problem can come from different things :

Check that your search term has no spelling mistake. If you can’t find your horse show, please email us the name of the rider, the horse, the race as well as the date and place of the horse show. We will do a manual search.

In what format are delivered the video files bought on Captanaute ?
